The G12 hotel intelligent room service system is mainly used in intelligent engineering projects for hotels, guesthouses,

Hotel Door Sign Customization Information
1. Customized hotel name (logo): Personalized hotel logo, highlighting the hotel grade.
2. Doorplate functional content customization: Functional button content: do not disturb/clean/laundry/wait/check-in/
ring (optional). And the font, language, icon content and LED light color of the button content can be customized.

4. Personalized Appearance: We offer different panel and frame colors, different materials, shapes and sizes of the
frame for you to choose from to meet your hotel style. Of course, we can also customize according to your special
needs.
5. Power supply voltage customization: Working voltage: 220V/12V/Dry Contact/RS485. There are 4 ways for you
to choose. And 9V/24V/other voltage can also be customized according to the actual project needs.
6. One-stop procurement: We also provide accessories for room number plates, such as indoor door control panel,
doorbell and other products required by smart hotel, such as the same appearance series of touch switches for light
control/ temperature control/ curtain control, power take-off switches, sockets and so on.

Capacitive Touch-Sensitive Technology
The G12 doorplate says goodbye to the traditional mechanical button doorbell, adopts the international popular high
sensitivity capacitive touch sensor technology, with non-common touch feeling. It enhances the hotel brand and guest
experience, in line with the international hotel trend.
High Quality Toughened Glass Material
Thickness of 4mm toughened glass panel to ensure that the product maintenance and cleaning simple and safe to
use at the same time is not easy to fade and be scratched, more will not occur bending deformation; high sensitivity
touch-sensitive technology, there is virtually no mechanical loss, and greatly extend the service life of the product.
LED Backlight Display
Different LED backlit displays are used to identify the different functions. The standard version is as follows:
1. If not connected to the power switch, and the door sign is powered independently, the white LED of the logo+room
number will light up when powered on, and the white LED of the logo+room number will not light up when not powered
on.
2. If connected to the power switch, when the guest inserts the card to take power, the check-in icon LED backlight lights
up in blue, indicating that the room has been occupied. When the guest unplug the card about 10 seconds after the delayed
power off, check-in icon backlight off, indicating that no one in the room.
3. When someone visits outside the door and presses the doorbell key, the blue LED of the bell press icon flashes and the
indoor bell rings.
4. When the guest does not want to be disturbed, press the Do Not Disturb key on the indoor control panel (default white LED),
the outdoor door sign Do Not Disturb icon red LED lights up, at this time, even if someone outside the door presses the doorbell,
the indoor bell will not ring.
5. When the guest presses Clean Up key on the indoor control panel, the green LED backlight of the outdoor door sign Clean Up
icon lights up, indicating that the room needs to be cleaned. At this time cleaning staff press the doorbell, the indoor bell will ring.
6. Red Do Not Disturb and green Clean Up, mutually exclusive, one on, the other automatically extinguished .
Note: When the Check In content is changed to Laundry or Wait, the operation effect is the same as 5. (Laundry or Wait, also
mutually exclusive with Do Not Disturb)
Special Customization: The font and icon content of the hotel door sign function keys and their corresponding LED backlight
colors can be customized according to customers' special needs.
